How can I make a formal complaint?

I’ve been messed around left right and centre today and I need to get an answer/resolution.

There have been so many errors made today I have lost count.

Phone does not work, chat does not work, complaints procedure does not work, asking for a pac to leave does not work, does anything work? Oh yes the direct debit works, very expensive for nothing.

Hello @Sirukomi,

You can request a PAC code by:

Texting PAC to the number 65075 

Or Logging into the iD app/account and clicking My Account > End my plan

Just select Yes when asked to keep the number.
