How do I cancel an unactivated sim contract?

I received my new sim from ID but considering that:

-PAC not working (i hadn’t previously used it)

-customer service completely useless

-impossible to register

I don’t want this thing anymore with a company unable to even activate my sim, so how do I cancel?
