I need to cancel my monthly contract as it has come to the end of the term, however I cannot access my account. I never actually used the sim for this contract and threw it away right after taking out the phone contract as I had a separate sim. Now when I try and set myself up online it texts that number, which obviously I don’t have.
I also cannot call the customer service centre as Corona virus has meant they have closed all their call centres.
For the time being I have cancelled my direct debit so they cannot take any money out for the time being, beyond the contract term, and I have emailed the generic email to say I want to cancel my contract.
However now they are emailing saying I need to reset my direct debit etc, however they are emailing off a no reply email so I can’t even email to explain.
Any advice?
