How do I cancel order for sim contract placed today?

Hi, my son in error ordered a sim card contract this afternoon, twice. How do we cancel please? Can we sort this out in Curry’s? It is obviously within the cooling off period. I am also having trouble accessing the account for the contract I have already set up for his phone, can someone help me get back into the account please.

Are you the account holder or is your Son?
