Hello @Denise Aspray,

It can take up to 24-hours at most for a suspension to be lifted.

Has this since been resolved?

Hi yes issue has been resolved but had to ring up  and speak to someone as after 4 days phone still hadn't been reconnected not happy, so I'm paying for 4days of the month that I've not been able to use my phone.

Live chat also does not seem to work for me.

Currently unable to register my old phone number from former supplier 

System does not recognise either

  • PAC
  • name
  • transaction number

System does not tell me which

Does your transaction number begin with “4” @John Ridge?
If not, you haven’t got the correct information for your purchased item(s) for some reason.

It does begin with 4

Now awaiting iD mobile number believe due day after purchase not day of purchase. Have liased via FB link wtc
