I recently switched to an eSIM, my previous sim was a SIM card with giffgaff and I have removed the card but I want to delete the option as well, so that my ID eSIM is the only option.

If you’ve removed your old GiffGaff SIM, then iD eSIM should be the only option. If not, let me know which Make & Model you’re using and I'll provide some additional steps.

I am using an iPhone 12 mini, I removed my physical sim and it still says no sim, has both options so I don’t get the page where I can select what apps use my mobile data and no bars ever come up or the 4G symbol or my network. Also I am unsure on how to set up hotspot.
