hi, I also need proof of purchase for a travel insurance claim for my daughters phone. I sent a screenshot of the welcome email but apparently they need something with the IMEI on showing. Because the phone was lost on holiday I can’t create/access her ID account. I’ll try pinging you too.

ok sure, will do that. I guess I’m just gobsmacked that I have to sort customer service queries for a service that I pay for by posting comments in a public forum, but maybe I’m just old fashioned
