how do i get an eSim?

Using both internet browser and the app, I cannot find the live chat button to chat to an agent.

 

I have just taken out an id mobile contract from carphone warehouse and the signal and speeds are atrocious. So for data I will be getting another cheap SIM, however my phone only has one physical SIM slot and an esim slot.

 

So I would like to change my id mobile physical SIM to an esim so I can use the other SIM from the other provider
