How do i order an esim

I have looked all over and can not find anywhere that tells me where or how to order an eSIM. 
 

The ID help page tells you that you receive an email but how do you get in contact with them to actually ask for the eSIM email?

I have logged onto my account and nothing there. I have googled it and all that comes up the the help page as though you have already got an eSIM or just tells you what to do when you receive the eSIM email.

    Hi Tyler 

    Thanks for the reply. 

    But

    I don’t want a replacement sim I want to add another sim to my existing account so I can run 2 numbers from the 1 phone. 
    I have read through the article you have sent but ID do not have a contact number that I can call to ask.

    Try the iD Mobile sales team, ​@Sutton-C.
