How do I speak to a live person at IDMobile?

Hey there @Joanne Jerman,  we're very sorry to hear you've experienced troubles in contacting us. Although we don't have a customer service phone-line and we are an online business, we have many ways that our customers can get in contact with our great teams across all formats.

 

We are available from 8am-8pm through our socials on weekdays, and 9am-5:30pm on weekends, on both Facebook and Twitter, where you can pick up the conversation with us whenever you like.

 

We are also available through our live-chat, and our live-chat team are available 9am-8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.

Additionally, we have our Community pages as you’ve found. which has many interesting and helpful topics and discussions which can assist our customers further, and these topics are created by both ourselves and our customers. https://community.idmobile.co.uk/

You can only chat to an adviser online, @Joanne Jerman.

Use the iD Live Chat service or Facebook Messenger - the advisers work until 6pm at weekends.

I tried that, but it’s asking me to type out my queries and then tells me that it doesn’t understand and it needs to be shorter as it’s a bot.

Just tell the 24/7 chatbot that you want to “talk to a person”, @Joanne Jerman.

Only issue is the customer advisers stop working at 6pm at weekends (8pm weekdays).

I can't transfer my number to idmobile. I keep getting this error message when I enter my details. All information I entered are correct. This is the message I get

We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.
