How long for my new number to get transferred?

I have moved over from another provider and inputted a PAC code into my application for a new sim only plan. but i have been given a different phone number via email and when the SIM was inserted into the phone my old number is not been moved over.

 

Is there a waiting time for the number to get transferrer? Or has there been an error in moving my old number over?

Hi @abib04 

 

How long it takes your number to transfer completely depends on when the user has selected for it to happen, it’ll happen between 8am and 10pm on the date selected/given.
