Can someone help me please with a few problems. 1) how do i get into my account has i’ve just got my profile,topics etc., when i hit the account photo and nowhere to cancel my sim as i’ve just ordered a contact mobile with them, so i need to cancel the sim only contract i have with them.
But i’ve been everywhere and even live chat to see how i can cancel it, but i’m still going around in circles?

Go to the 'My account' page, and on the 'Manage my plan' tile click 'End my plan'.
You'll then be taken through the cancellation process this way.

I can’t log in, i’ve forgotten my details and when i enter “forgot password” they send it to my phone which is broken. So theres no way of getting it.
