How to cancel an order made today


CAN SOME PLEASE MESSAGE ME ABOUT THIS. I NEED TK CANCEL THIS FLIPPING ORDER AND NO ONE IS ONLINE OR REPLYING TO MESSAGES. I don't have an ID mobile account so can't do anything on the phone or through account. I literally bought the upgrade this afternoon and had an email to say it sout of stock. Please Please contact me ASAP

I’ve just purchased a pay monthly samsung s20 online but its out of stock and i’ve already been waitin weeks with my original network provider. Decided to jump ship after 3 weeks of it being on back order with them only to find once id placed my order with you, it;s also out of stock here. Please can someone get in touch to help cancel this order as i don’t have an ID mobile number so the automated phoneline doesn’t work!!

Trust Pilot

I was so disappointed with ID when I tried every way to contact them after I got out of stock message and tried to cancel. I gave them a minus if possible rating on Trust Pilot. I then got a message From Ryan I replied informing him of the bad customer service. I have had no reply and not received my £19.99 up front payment .Managed to get a phone no problem next day from   3  after speaking to a human and not a machine.
