I have been until now using a physical sim but recently my sim tray broke. I spoke to ID in live chat to get them to send me an email so I can use and eSim instead, but they said they needed me to receive a text before they send the email. How am I supposed to receive a text if my sim tray isn’t working, I don’t have any other phone I can put my sim in?
It seems like a oversight to me since a sim tray is a component on a phone that can break like any other, and there are plenty of other ways besides a text of verifying my identity to avoid fraud. Does anyone know how I can get an eSim emailed to me in this situation?
