Hi @Tobias Weissenauer

A replacement SIM card can be picked up from any Currys store and activated at the following link;

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ja/web/cpw/sim-swap

Alternatively if you’d like one sent out, we can get in touch and assist, please let us know if you’d prefer this.

@James Steele

Did you click on the Private Message section within your iD Community profile as per iD staff member Tom’s advice?

If not here’s the direct link → https://community.idmobile.co.uk/inbox/overview from there you should see at least one new message from a staff member. Just be mindful any random joe/joanne can message you this way so take care to ensure it is a genuine staff member.

Also being as you have severe mobility issues have you made them aware of this?

The following services are designed to make communication easier for our vulnerable customers with communication difficulties (such as difficulty hearing, speaking, or visual impairment), poor mental health, physical disability, learning disability, low literacy, or anyone unable to take care of themselves.

You can read more about this, just click on anywhere inside the box below:

 I’ve no idea if this is permitted or not, but within the last link above there is a contact number for the Vulnerable Customer Team which is 0800 049 2376

I would guess to say they’re only open until 8pm (the same time as their live chat, but I’m not sure).

Hope this helps
