My 24 month contract finishes on October 31st - I’ve had an email from ID and one of the options is to upgrade to a rolling sim only contract (everything unlimited) for £18, but when I go through my upgrades/plan changes in the app, sim only doesn’t come up as an option, only phone upgrades appear.
How do I select the sim only plan please?

If you are wanting to upgrade to a SIM only contract you would need to wait until the minimum term has passed.
Hopefully you should see the SIM only options available from 1st November.
