I can't call abroad

Hi @Patrycja Figlarska these calls would be chargeable. Have you increased your bill cap, this will most likely fix the issue. You can do this through your iD account or app.

Hi, I have the same problem, I'm trying to call a government department in Netherlands, I've put on international calls and premium,I've got my cap up to it's limit, I still can't call out? Greatful of any assistance please.
