I am in the USA and need to access my airbnb account to make a payment. To make the payment I need to verify using an OTP but my phone isn’t receiving the texts with the OTPs or calls. I have logged into my ID account and it says I am allowed to do this, but it just isn’t working?

Maybe airbnb will let you receive an email instead, to complete the payment verification,
