Set up pin, but says its not right. I'm now locked out of my phone with noway of getting in. Help

Have you tried speaking to Huawei for support on this?
There is usually an option on the phone also if you’ve forgotten your pin. Have you tried this?

According to Huawei you will have to factory reset the phone if you are locked out, you may find some of the info here helpful:
