I can't see my plan on the app. How do i get this fixed please?

Please could you give us a little more information here?

Are you able to log in/register to the app? If you’re not seeing your plan there, what are you seeing?

Hi. 

I have registered for the app and can log in. It just doesn't show my plan details. This is what I see instead of allowance details.

Can you please try removing the app and reinstalling?

Also, please check there are no outstanding updates due on the device.

Everything is updated and I've also unistalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work.
