i can’t use my phone


Hello I paid my balance but I can’t use my phone says that I reached payment team but everything ok but i can’t still use my phone

Hi, it can take up to 24 hours for payments to be updated and for service to be re-activated (rarely does) but sometimes turning your phone off and back on helps…
