I can text number but call returns number not recognised

I have a new contract with an oppo reno4 Z, when I try to call my other phone Samsung S20 on EE I get number not recognised, but I can message to it ok and I can call from S20 and number comes up OK when I try to return call the same Message number not recognised.

Update  - I cannot message now. I can call all other numbers fine.

Sorry for the mistake, working now it was at EE’s end, not transferring number correctly.
