I cannot Activate My Esim

I received esim information through my email & completed whole procedure. However, I wasn’t getting any network so I thought I did something wrong while installing the sim. I erased my sim from my device & tried but it says it's already installed on my phone or other device. I need urgent help, please find me a solution, thank you!
