I have just joined iD and have had the worst time so far. Firstly, my SIM card was delayed by two weeks and now that I've got it, it doesn't work. I gave iD my PAC code on Sunday and booked the switch on Monday to keep my old number. Now neither SIM card is able to connect to a network so I cannot register for an account. I am completely locked out and am no longer able to use my phone. How do I get around this? The chat bot just keeps sending me in circles.

Type “talk to a person”, to avoid the 24/7 chat-bot,
The agents work until 8pm weekdays.
You can get a replacement SIM card from any Currys store, which must be activated before use.
Activate your replacement online from https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ja/web/cpw/sim-swap.
