i cant find my id mobile number

If you’ve received a new iD SIM card with your order @Marvelle Tonko, then just pop the SIM into a handset and call or text a friend/family member who should be able to tell you your number.

iD SIM cards for new connections are supplied already activated and are ready to use (subject to signal reception).

Assuming @Marvelle Tonko also knows their mobile number, by now. 

iD mobile say they include the iD mobile number in their welcome email. They don’t. This causes problems because to register an account you need an iD mobile number - otherwise you hit a dead end registering. I have my PAC code and can’t input it because I don’t have an iD mobile number. I’m stuck in a loop. Help??

Just pop the SIM in your phone and call / text a friend / family member - their phone should display your new iD mobile number.
