I found a text message

When I send a text message to anyone, they always come back as failed text messages even when they have been sent so I cannot tell Reper they’ve gone through or not as they all say failed. This is only started happening since I signed over to ID mobile.

You could try doing a NETWORK RESET on your handset @Anna Wenlock, which often fixes this issue.

Your handset user guide should explain how to do this.

Hi @Anna Wenlock 

 

I’d recommend trying the above suggested network reset from @andewhite, should the device be having the incorrect number in the settings, this will reset it.
