Do you notice if things improve at all when you’re out and about shopping or what not?

Could we get the full home postcode for you to check if there are any known issues affecting the mast closest to you?

Hello @VictoriaV,

I can see the area has Good Outdoor and Limited/Marginal Indoor coverage here so the indoor strength will be impacted.

There’s an unplanned outage in the area that’s been going on for some time now, which is affecting the 3G masts. 

 

This is going to see some services affected more than usual.

Are you on a SIM-only plan or a handset contract?
