STILL NOT GOT MY £50 AMAZON VOUCHER - I JOINED VIA MONEYSAVINGEXPERT LINK

 

NOT GOT ANY COMMUNICATION FROM ID MOBILE - CAN I GET A HUMAN TO HELP!

    Unfortunately @Mgely, the voucher is not provided by iD Mobile. 

    For journey’s starting from a link on the MSE website, other forum members in this situation have received a voucher after they emailed “uk-idmobile@awin.com”, and provided details of what was ordered, along with their order number and order date, etcetera.

    thanks I'm emailing them and hopefully it'll be sorted. 

    I think I’ll stick to more established networks next time

    As mentioned above by @andewhite we aren’t the providers of this voucher, MSE are, I’d recommend contacting the email address mentioned.

     

    If you’re unhappy with the handling of this voucher, it may be worth purchasing directly in future.
