I'm not receiving incoming calls from NHS

Hi I'm getting important calls from NHS but my phone isn't ringing, just vibrating once and there is no answer button to answer the calls

Sounds like you may have added the number to your block list. What phone do you have?

Is the software up to date? Do you get issues with any other numbers?

It may be worth testing it in another handset as it may be a handset issue.

My phone did a software update at the beginning of the week and unfortunately I don't have another handset I can try my sim in

Have you been able to accept calls from the number before while on iD Mobile or never?
