Unfortunately @BettinaS, the iD community isn’t real time live chat, and the iD staff usually only read user posts in this forum once a day. 

If you can’t wait here for assistance from iD, perhaps try using the iD Mobile online live chat, Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM for more immediate help. 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
