I’ve not recieved my phone

Last Thursday I ordered a phone, i know it’s not been long since the order however I have had no information sent from ID since the Order Ref and I was wondering what I should do, I was expecting it on Friday, then thought no okay maybe Monday because the phone only came out on Friday and still nothing. Hoping someone has some answers for me.

If you’ve pre-ordered an iPhone 15 @Harrison Master, then depending on model pre-ordered stock could be limited and items probably won’t be available for dispatch until early to mid-October ‘23 at the earliest.

Looking at the Blue Titanium iPhone 15 Pro 128GB model, the shop says not available until 12-Oct-2023.

What device did you order? It could be possible as @andewhite suggests that there is limited stock of the device, therefore your order may unfortunately be delayed, please keep an eye on your emails for future updates.
