i want to keep my old number

I have just transferred to ID from three. I would like to keep my older number. I have tried the PAC several times. Its been nothing but a headache. I still can't seem to figure it out.  I'm regretting changing my current provider

    Hey @Tansy Mower, you posted you’ve transferred, which suggests the number you wanted to keep has been moved to iD Mobile (from Three).

    If you submitted the PAC at the time purchase, you can’t submit the same PAC again.

    My old number has not been transferred even though I have requested it to be.

    Ah, maybe the best way forward is use iD Live Chat to speak to the support team, and get assistance with this @Tansy Mower.

    The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

    What date was your port selected to take place? Ports can take between 8am and 10pm on the selected/given date.

     

    Where was your PAC code provided? On the port form above or at purchase?
