My current 12 month sim only plan ends in March 2024, can I pay to leave it now because there is a more competitive plan available?

No! Unfortunately, that’s one of the negatives of signing a contract with a mobile network provider, six months in and there is a risk of a better deal or you get hit with a price increase.

Hi @Charl Robinson,

Welcome to the Community!

You can look at paying an early termination fee.

If you have seen the new deal with iD Mobile you can look at purchasing the new deal but it would be subject to a credit check.

Further to this you wouldn’t be able to keep the number with iD Mobile.
