I want to get my old number exchanged for the one you provided.

I believe you'll need to request a PAC code from your previous provider (the process can differ between networks) and then enter it in Services > Switch to iD and keep my previous number in the iD app.

    I want to keep the contract sim but I don’t want the number. I would like to get my old number back pleas

    Who were you with previously?

    You can get a PAC code as @legerdemain  advised and submit this on our switching form.

    If you have already done this, please confirm what date the port was due to complete for?
