ID Account Set Up online but not logging in on mobile device

Hello

 

I’ve set up a new ID account online and tried to log in on the mobile app and says account isn’t recognised. 

 

When I try and set up an account on the mobile device it says email/username is in use. 

 

I just need to link my account and sim card together please.
