id mobile help


Why is live chat NEVER working. It is IMPOSSIBLE to try and speak to someone about a genuine account query. Please advise ID MOBILE

I’ve just tried the live chat with success, what about it didn’t work for yourself?

I want.  to settle my account and leave ID how do I do it.

There are various ways to leave iD, either by requesting a PAC or STAC ​@marnie41bee 

 

However, to be able to have any information available right there and then, including any early termination fees if applicable, I would suggest you contact iD via Live Chat

It would be also advisable to start the chat with Leave iD.

Hi ​@marnie41bee 

 

To leave iD Mobile you’ll be able to request a disconnection, which would take place 30 days from the date you request it and disconnect your number, a final bill would then be issued within 24 hours.

 

Or you’d be able to request and use a PAC code, so you can take your number to another network and once the other network uses the PAC code from us, the plan on our side would disconnect, final bill would again be sent within 24 hours of that.
