ID mobile number still being used after ID sent confirmation txt my old number has been transferred

I completed the pac and transfer requirements to move my old number across to my new ID account.

I received my txt to say my number had been transferred and my old account was closed. However, after turning off my phone (30mins) and taking my sim out. My old number is not showing up. I’ve also been into settings to change my number manually but when I save it, it goes back to the ID mobile number….how can I gat my old number onto the phone?

A Network Reset might fix this problem on your device @Paul Higgins

This often resolves issues like this - your handset user guide should explain how to do this.

It can take several hours or more for the number transfer process to complete @Paul Higgins

When I transferred my mobile to iD Mobile, I had no service for around 5-hours - from when my old provider’s SIM became inactive, and the number I wanted to keep was linked to my iD SIM card.

The process completed at around 3pm on my number switching date.
🤞

My number switch confirmation was on Friday 21st. It’s 3 days later…….
