As topic states when inserting ID sim into pixel 8 Pro nothing happens it just doesn't show up even as inactive.  Tried different Sims from three , EE , O2 , Vodafone all them work fine in this phone.  Then inserted ID sim card in wife's phone, working fine , back in mine and it's not showing up again.

Strange one have you gone into the settings for the sim and used the manual search for network and select ID Mobile once it comes up?.

Settings > Connections > Mobile networks >Network operators deselect Automatically this should start a search manually for the network's and all possible networks should be listed. There after if listed select ID mobile.

Hi.

I understand what you wanted me to do BUT - as I mentioned the SIM it self doesn't not even pop up (even without network) its like sim try would be empty. But as I said I've tried different options to determine possible error but without luck.

Sounds like there’s something strange going on between your new Pixel 8 Pro and the iD SIM card, which appears to work in other handsets, as do other SIM cards in your Pixel handset.

Have you tried a replacement iD SIM in your new Pixel handset, @Ed_?
