within two minutes - HI, you can visit your nearest curry's store and they can get a you a replacement free. ASTONISHING! pass the buck, and NOT what it says on the web help. (gets galoshes and wellies out for the 30 mile round trip needed!)

The quickest method is getting a replacement SIM via Currys so we can activate it the same day.
If you’re not in a rush then a replacement SIM Can be sent out via DPD or Royal Mail.
Have you since got one and activated it?
