im swapping from Lerbara but my PAC number needs to be updated manually

I brought an eSIM through mobiles.co.uk as I want to change from physical lebara sim to ID mobile eSIM while still keeping my lebara number.
I originally tried to buy a Vodafone plan however that got canceled but now my PAC number is still associated with that request so the lady on the phone said I needed to contact ID directly to get this sorted before the eSIM can be used with you with my same number. Please let me know the next steps so I can keep my number working!

I struggled to get through on the phone as it wanted an id mobile number that I dont have.

You’ll need to contact mobiles.co.uk to get the PAC cancelled/unlinked from the cancelled Vodafone purchase. Alternatively, try request a different PAC from Vodafone.
