Incorrect registration details

Hi. Ive been trying to register on the app but it keeps saying my details are incorrect. 

I've tried the online chat but it's useless.

Hi @Dalby_L, sorry to hear this. I’d recommend speaking to the Facebook, Twitter or Live Chat teams. If you do try the Live Chat again, be sure to type “Speak to an agent”.
