Upgraded last week have been using my original sim card, it was working great, now won't work after a text message from id emergency calls only. I'm [Removed] trying to contact idmobile via the phone which is a total waste off time! There is nobody to speak to pissed off with this crap service, if anyone from Id is reading this sort it out our another network will simple!
I keep getting a text message from I.D. saying theres a problem with my last payment and unless I click the link my account will be suspended. A scam, YES! but as I am unable to telephone I.D. (the real I.D.!) I thought I would put it on here so others won't fall for it! It looks very much like the text.messages we get from I.D. saying our monthly bill is ready to view.When will we be able to ring I.D. again for help or will the phone lines be permanently closed to save money?Also I.D....... an email to all, would be cool so people don't fall for the scam, as I nearly did in a busy moment!!!
Hi,I have submitted my PAC, transaction code and my new ID number correctly along with my old number into the form...I received a text saying 'we ran into issues...please contact customer service'. where thanks to Covid I can't speak to a human being...my old phone is disconnected and my number hasn't ported across. Please help!

I was on for nearly 2 hours yesterday trying to get an answer! and I cant speak to anyone. Making me regret upgrading with ID mobile
My Mum bought a phone years a ago and her 24 - month handset plan ended on the 13 June 2017, the letter states that she is no longer committed to a fixed contract period. She hasn’t used the phone in years, she’s with a new provider with a new phone.Yet she is still paying 10.00 a month as an existing service with your company, which has been recently brought to her attention by her dept collectors. Her renewal was not brought to her attention.She wants to end this service for good completely. On her behalf:I have called 0800 049 0250 which has been a dead end, no human advisor to speak to in order to help with the cancellation The chat bot doesn’t help with this query. She has no email/username or password with you, all she has is an account number and mobile number.Please provide a solutionThank you.
Hi,I’m having issues with my iMessage and FaceTime not activating. My number ported over yesterday with no issues. I can take calls and send text messages, but my phone number isn’t activating with my iMessage/FaceTime. My Apple ID email is linked to it fine, so all my iMessages are now being sent with the email instead of my phone number. The error message I get is ‘Activation unsuccessful. An error occurred during activation. Try again’. I’m waiting for a phone call from Apple, however they keep telling me over chat support to contact the carrier instead. I’m not sure what to try next.I’ve followed every troubleshooting article I can find online, but it’s still not working. It’s not like I can take it into store either with them being shut. Has anyone experienced something similar and found a solution for it? Thanks
Hi,Despite having Wifi calling enabled on my Pixel 5 and checking all the settings listed by others in a similar position, I can not get wifi calling working on iD mobile.I have the latest software updates, have disable and re-enabled wifi calling, reset router etc.etc but still no luck. I went for the Pixel 5 as an upgrade on my Pixel 2 and had no problems with Wifi calling before.Come on iD mobile, sort this out. Ther are others having the same issue and unable to contat anyone directly over this just the useless CHATBOT.
Hi,I have acquired an old iPhone 6 that I believe is locked to ID Mobile network, and I would like to get it unlocked. I tried several sims from other networks and it says they are not compatible.I tried asking the live chat, but it seems automated and didn’t understand the question no matter how I worded it, and just kept telling me to contact the network about it??Does anyone know how to go about it? Sorry to ask this same question as others have, but the ID Mobile site gives no clues.Thanks
Hi there, I have a Huawei P20 Lite which I upgraded to on contract with iD about 5 days ago... I have noticed that when I put in a Vodafone SIM card it enables Message+ which is huawei's RCS messaging client. However when I put in my iD SIM card the option goes away... When will we get RCS on iD mobile? I would like to know as I would like the option to use it as I feel it would be useful... Thanks
I recently got an iD sim card and transferred my old number over. I can make calls but text messages say ‘failed to deliver’ but the recipient then receives the text 3 times. The phone is an iPhone SE. When I go into message settings it says it is sending and receiving messages to the number that was originally on the sim.
I closed my original ID account on 8th September as my old device was broken. I was unable to unlock my new device. I received my PAC code and successfully changed networks on Saturday 14th November to ID. I have put the new Sim card into the phone but am unable to connect to ID. The screen message is asking me for NCK. I am unable to speak with anyone at ID and my account is apparently locked to my previous account. Please help. Jan
Hi Both my kids have Moto G8s and the wifi calling works on ID. We live in a narrow black spot with no 3g or 4g coverage indoors despite what all carriers coverage maps say. Only the offcom one is accurateJust bought another PAYG sim for a trial before moving two other phones here and Wifi calling wont work on my Moto g6Plus. Its not in the approved list. so I will buy a new phone. Thinking of Moto G9plus or galaxy M51, both newish releases. neither listed in the approved list.How long does it take for new phones to get added to the list, I note there is only one Moto phone and No galaxy M series on the list. I wont jump ship till I know if the wifi calling will work on one of the newer phones.Many thanks
My Galaxy S7 (with host network 3 firmware) had iD 4G calling and Wi-Fi calling on Nougat (Android 7) It recently updated to Oreo (Android 8) and now it no longer does 4G calling, won't logon to the 4G 800Mhz net and Wi-Fi calling is gone. When I insert a 3 PAYG sim, the options all reappear. So it's obviously an iD issue.
I know a post about this already exsists, but there have been developments. Three Uk, the network ID Mobile operates through, have recently enabled RCS for their devices. When will it be enabled on ID devices, as mine currently is not working with RCS. I work in an area with poor signal. (Scarborough yo11 area, ironically in the town centre).my phone shows 3G or (4g if the wind is in the right direction!)But my phone will not pick up/send messages or emails until I stand in the corner of the office.Wifi is limited to the public bar next door, and that’s intermittent.any advice other that quitting my job and moving somewhere else?thanks
Hi, I transferred over to ID mobile from O2 and since doing this have been unable to send text messages unless connected to Wifi. imessages are sending no problem. The phone did not have this issue until using the ID sim, I am unable to view any APN settings so cannot check/change these manually. ID support advised that in order for an Iphone to send text messages you need to disable imessaging which has to be the weirdest advice i have ever been given, (and for reference “ID Mobile” I have imessaging enabled on my other 2 iphones and have no problems sending text messages on Vodafone or Giffgaff). Any suggestions to resolve this would be appreciated as this has been ongoing for 3mths now. Thanks
If my WiFi is not available or turned off and I try to send an email using mobile data it fails to send and I just get a message saying not sent as the network address my device has been assigned has been blacklisted - picture of full message attached.
