Poor signals. 
I can’t call or receive the calls. 
It is terrible -I am not sure whether the switch has been successful done  I have activated eSIM 

pls help.

Have you read and checked your phone is set correctly, more so as 3G is being switched off?

Have you checked your postcode to see if 3G has indeed been switched off?
