Not a happy customer Beware when I bought my phone contact I checked and was told it included international data roaming in Norway. I asked specifically as I was due to travel to Norway. I used data roaming to check my email in Norway them recurve a text to advise I had used £45 of data andmy monthly bill is now in excess of £85. I'm furious and as soon as this contract is up I'll dump ID Mobile and return to Lebara mobile. I feel cheated and conned by ID Mobile . Anyone have any suggestions about how to make a formal complaint about this subject?
