internet not working and the live chat has not been working for months

Hi my internet is intermittent and not working not happy as you carnt talk to no one live on chat as it's not working and hasn't been for. Months

Sorry to hear this, I've tried the live chat with success on my side, it may be worth trying another device or browser.

Please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you've been having issues with data?

Months it will be logged I think it's been since January but u can never speak to anyone on live chat it never loads b297js

We can’t see any issues in the area.

Have you tested the SIM in a different handset or has a replacement SIM been tested?

Regarding Live Chat I’m unable to locate any issues also, can you send us a screenshot of the issue or error?
