internet not working properly when roaming in Spain

iPhone 8

For example email comes in (that works)

I open email (that works)

I click on link in email but get following message (same for drilling down from any landing page).

any guidance would be hugely appreciated 

No Internet

Try:

  • Turning off aeroplane mode
  • Turning on mobile data or Wi-Fi
  • Checking the signal in your area

ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

Are you able to use the web browser on your phone in Spain @Louise Cooper? 

Assuming you’re using an app for email, this would require a data (Internet) connection and appears to work, which might suggest a browser issue on your phone.

Are you able to copy the link from the email and paste it directly into a browser instead of clicking through?

 

How is this on Wi-Fi?
