Hi. All of a sudden I can’t access my national lottery account as it says my ip address is outside the uk - which it’s not.   Is anyone else having this issue, I have tried with using the broadband and my phone data

I’m sorry to hear this, are you on a VPN?

 

If the issue happens across both mobile data and Wi-Fi, it sounds like a setting or issue with the device.
