iPhone 15 Pro Max Order Confirmation

Hi,

 

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max yesterday and it’s been 24 hours and I haven’t had any form of communication as to whether my order has been processed. I understand it is currently not in stock, but I'd love some reassurance that my order has at least been accepted and processed.

Model: iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 GB Natural Titanium

The gentleman on Live Chat didn’t seem to know too much, so I’ve come here for advice. He was stating the phone is due in stock on the 20/10/23 and the website is stating 10/11/23

Would love some clarification on my order please.

Yes please mate, would love an update on what’s happening, I’m almost confident the phone isn’t going to arrive on the 20th, but would love a little update on what is happening with my order please?
