I am new customer and I made a purchase from ID Mobile which is iPhone 16 pro Max and Esim contract for 24 months. I’m still waiting my order to be delivered as the email i got to be 24th October this month. I have a question about the IPhone;
is my iPhone 16 pro Max will be locked on to ID network only or will be unlocked to all other networks and providers . if locked to ID network only can I unlock it once I receive it and how I can unlock it ?!!

We can confirm brand new iPhone’s purchased from iD Mobile (after 2018) are unlocked.
If you were to ever have a phone locked to us or any other network, you would need to make direct contact in order to unlock the handset.
