I have an eSim. I am currently abroad but I had to buy a new iPhone.
I contacted Idmobile - got a new eSim.
Started activation - got the SMS to say the activation process started but never got one to say that it completed.
I do receive SMS and I can make calls but nobody can call my number. Anyone trying to call me on my mobile # is getting a message to say that “the call cannot be connected”. It does not go to Voicemail.
So far Support has not been able to figure out what s wrong. Any idea? Thx
